Sit in a circle. One participant (A) turns his/her back to the group and tosses the textile backward into the circle. A then asks a question to the participant that caught the textile (B). B answers the question and tosses the textile for another turn. Possible questions to start with are “what are your personal urgencies that remain unaddressed?”, “how do you define failure and success?”, “are there things you don't have words for; can you try to express what they are?”, “how do you make yourself relevant in the world, why is this relevant and to whom?”, “how do you articulate yourself in a community in which you belong?”
