Choose a mediator who produces a single tone with an instrument or object and let yourself be guided through the following instructions: carefully listen to the tone and vocalise its sound whilst exhaling slowly. Listen to yourself and try to localise the source of the sound within your body. Start touching the source and feel its vibration. Then, start reproducing the tone from within different parts of your body. First from your mouth, then your throat, and finally parts of your chest. Pay attention to the sound changing. Come to a moment of silence. Now, start passing sounds between each other. Listen to other participants and reproduce what you hear before translating their sounds into new ones. What is the last sound that remains? What qualities stand out if you compare the sounds you received with the tone you started with?
