Choose a mediator. Sit in a circle. The mediator guides the group through the landscape of the human foot. On this journey, the participants explore their own pressure points through touch. Pressure points connect the human feet with different parts of the body via the nervous system. All participants listen inwardly, register those points and observe their changing sensitivities. The more sensitive a point is, the more time participants spend with it. They memorise how these points feel and where they are located. In the end, each participant leaves a mark on a shared acupressure foot-map to visualise all sensations. Eventually, all participants witnesses the momentary state of the group emerge/reveal itself through the map.
