Choose a mediator and let yourself be guided through the following instructions: standing up, imagine a ball in your hands. Think about its texture, weight, and size. Place this ball on top of your head. Remember, that it is always close to falling off. Start to swing your head around, keeping the ball balanced. Let it sit on one side of your head, next to your ear. Move it to the other side. Remember not to let it fall. Move around, let it reside in the back of your neck. Roll it to your right arm. Feel it rolling and mapping your arm. Let it roll to your other arm, passing by your chest. Map your left arm. Move it back to your chest. Then to your belly. Your belly button is a good place for it to rest for a bit. Hold this position. Roll it to your lower back. Let it revolve over your spine, back and forth. Roll it over your right leg, mapping it. Bounce it from your right leg to your left. Map your left leg. Roll it back to your chest. Pick it with your hands. And feel it again. Does it feel the same as it did in the beginning? Take a deep breath, throw it up and let the ball disappear in the sky.a
