Breathe into your pelvic floor (the muscle that extends from the tailbone to the pubic bone) and follow your breath rising into your belly, diaphragm, and moving your upper chest. Breathe out as loud as you wish. Repeat at your own pace for three cycles.
While aware of your bare feet on the ground, trace with your hand a straight vertical line extending in front of you. Follow the movement to straighten your spine. Relax your shoulders. Relax your jaw. Take another deep breath sensing your whole body in balance.
Open your arms to the side, parallel to the ground, straight at the height of the shoulders. Look at the tip of your fingers with your eyes. Lower your arms while keeping the wide vision (peripheral vision). Notice eventual changes of perception.
Listen to the surrounding sounds. Notice the most further sound.
